Yes. We manage monthly and mid-term rentals for corporate clients, relocations and film or production crews, with service and invoicing set out in your management proposal.
Can I use my apartment myself?
Tell us the dates you'd like to keep for personal use, and we'll plan bookings around them.
How do your fees work?
Commission and included services depend on your property and service tier. You get a clear proposal before onboarding.
What about insurance?
We'll talk through the cover your property needs for short-term letting. Please confirm suitable cover with your insurer.
How is guest damage handled?
We document damage and handle the booking platform's claim process. Responsibilities are agreed before hosting begins.
Is there a minimum management term?
The term and notice period are set out in your proposal and management agreement.
What about body corporate rules and compliance?
We review your building's rules and the requirements that apply with you before onboarding.
